The Norman Oliver collection. Norman Oliver was three times Mayor of Bendigo - 1950-51, 1964-65, 1970-71. Speech notes for address to Wakool, NSW RSL, Anzac Day 1949. Eight pages of notes typed in upper case, date and place written in longhand in left margin. Norman Oliver, served in the AIF in WW2. (see subject entry).
