Blue, black white and gold ribbon. Round silver medal, King George 5th on one side, horseman carrying a sword on the other. Stamped around the edge is ; 9507 Sgt. H. A. Abbott 6 FAB A.I.F. (unable to get photo of the inscription on the edge due to blackening of the coin and glare spots).
