Document. Harry Biggs Collection. A letter from H. Biggs, Treasurer to Mr. Leggo, Public Works Dept. dated 27/4/1970-. In the letter Mr. Biggs is describing the damage. He is applying for funds on behalf of the Bendigo Historical Society to restore the Barracks.
