Black and white photo of horse drawn, double decker tram, which ran on Eaglehawk line for several years hauled by electric motor units. Trams are lined up in Mitchell Street near Railway place on the occasion of the Melbourne to Bendigo Railway Picnic expecting to take on passengers.
