Originally built as two adjoining, mine managers cottages in 1858, these residences have now been joined into one house

Physical description

Black and white photograph mounted on rectangular grey board. House, rendered, decorative parapet, joined pair- mirror image of each other, verandah with corrugated iron roof, decorative wood arches over verandah, house names ''WANDELA'' on right, ''LEIWAH'' on left, picket fence, wire and wrought iron gate. 55 Barkly Street.
