Contract of sale of land dated 15th June, 1955 between Mr. T. Wilkinson (vendor) and Mrs. J. M. Schultz (purchaser). Property: that piece of land situated corner Reverie and Buckley Street, Bendigo, being the land described in Right to occupy residence area no. 5050, together with weatherboard and brick dwelling and all sundry outbuildings. Price: 660 pounds.
