Contract of sale of land dated 13th December, 1950 between Mrs. J. Cosh (vendor) and Mr. R. Spicer (purchaser). Property: land being part of Crown allotment 3A section 161C, Parish of Sandhurst City of Bendigo, land described in certificate of title volume 8174 folio 1034639, together with all buildings and erections thereon. Price: 1,700 pounds. Attached 2 hand written notes.
