Horsham and the date 1940. Also in green pen at the top of the page: Beauty born 04/01/1962. On the following 2 pages an index of topics and dates of entry, the first date is February 27 and the last November 30th, there are 29 topics taking up 73 pages. the rest of the book is taken up by cuttings from the Weekly Times and the Mail mainly about land and history of the Horsham, Wimmera area.
