Newspaper cutting and two photocopies titled Long Gully commemorates sites.Article mentions a memorial plaque to commemorate the site of the former Long Gully fire station which was unveiled by the Minister for Police and Emergency Service, Andre Haermeyer at St Matthew's Anglican Church. A book titled a Brief History and Reminiscence of Long Gully was launched by Greater Bendigo mayor, Laurie Whelan. The history group also sought to have two other sites commemorated, one the site of the Long Gully Police Station and log lock-up in Eaglehawk Road, and the other, the site of the former Long Gully School.
