Clothing. Red polyester fabric, lined with white silky polyester lining, and hand-stitched, open weave fabric, possibly cotton to help hold shape and body. Symetrical shaping to a point on broad and narrow ends of tie. Cut on the cross to give stretch when tying the tie.
