Papers are in the names of Alexander Lewis Robertson Goldie, Caroline Mary Goldie, Mabel Gittins, Mary Anderson, William Bowman Hanna Neill, Francesca Black, Marie Maranta, William Crowley and William Hall Russell. Also printed on the papers are the Number of Shares in Own Right, Number of Shares by Proxy, Total Votes, a space for how they will vote and a space for a signature.
