Letter dated 1st june, 1937 on Hanro (Australia) Knitting Mills letterhead stating that a Mr. W. H. Russell a shareholder of the comany has requested the secratary to offer on his behalf 500 "B" shares for a cash consideration of 10 shilling per share. The latter is not signed.
