Bendigo Advertiser "The way we were" from 1999. Residence: Letheby Road, Eaglehawk.. Built in 1905 at a cost of 850 pounds, this was the original home of Abraham Albion Steward, son of the owner of the Albion Brewery. The home has 3.7 metre ceilings, spacious rooms and a cellar below the kitchen floor. The sandstone faced building at the rear of N. 26 is not original, having been removed from n. 84 Sailors Gully Road and re-erected.
