Clothing. Bed cap. Fine cotton lace crown edged by a 1.5 cm band of insertion lace, which is threaded with a mauve silk ribbon 1 cm wide. This in turn edged with a 6 cm deep frill of cotton lace, featuring flower and leaf design, and has a scalloped edge. The mauve silk ribbon insertion is finished with a bow, to adjust the size of the cap to fit the head.
