Information includes officers for the upcoming year, dates and times of annual meeting, report to Board of Management, details of meetings held during the year, table of cases treated as in-patients, list of annual contributors, life contributors, surgeons report. The printers of the original document were J. W. Pemberton, Printer, Bookbinder, Stationer, Pall Mall and Bull Street, Sandhurst.
