A booklet commemorating the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II which was held 2 June 1953.
The booklet goes through the history of Coronations in England, detailing the church (Westminster Abbey; includes drawn black and white picture), the Coronation Regalia and the meaning of each piece (photographed in colour), the coronation itinerary and the route to and from Westminster Abbey on the back cover. There is also a black and white photo of Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip and their children Prince Charles (now Charles III) and Princess Anne. The front cover shows a printed copy of colour drawing containing Buckingham Palace in the background and the Royal Standard of the United Kingdom in the foreground.
