Newspaper item about the plans to have a tramway operating along the Wimmera River within five years. Ballarat tram No. 41 was given to a Horsham organisation but was later acquired by a Restaurant - see item 4348.
Yields information about a proposed Horsham tramway using tram 41 which did not eventuate.
