The photograph shows SEC Ballarat trams Nos. 32 and 21 at the City terminus, cnr of Sturt St and Lydiard St. Tram 32 has the destination of Mt Pleasant. An inspector is talking to the driver. In the background is the Ballarat Town Hall. Photo pre 1956 as reflective tape has not been added as has been in item 9473.
