A faded blue coloured booklet with black information on it. There is the Australian Coat of Arms above the title of the booklet. Down the left hand side there are two metal fasteners. At the top right hand side reads 7610-66-026-6594. Under this here is the number 29 which has been stamped on. On the inside there is Amendment 1 which is loose.
