A very faded bule coloured cardboard cover with black information on the cover. At the top of the cover and a code of WO Code No 679. There are three punch holes and one metal staples down the left hand side. The back cover is missing and the booklet has sticky tape down he spine to help hold the booklet together. There is a stamp mark which reads HQ 6 Const Gp, Library Copy No 84 (note 84 is written in black texta)
