The road is busy with cars and trucks and a number of men and women are walking from the curb to board the tram. The single male crew member (driver/conductor) is swinging the single trolley pole to the rear of the tram.

Yields information about MMTB X1 and the final years of the short Footscray lines before their closure in 1962
