This pamphlet was published shortly after the opening of the extension of route 109 from Mont Albert terminus to Box Hill in 2003. It seeks community input on how to improve route 109 travel through part of the route, namely the City of Boroondara. It goal is to increase patronage of this route and is jointly produced by the state government, City of Boroondara and VicRoads. The reply address for the questionnaire is VicRoads.
