Newspaper clipping from The Age titled "Tram limit warning on Yarra Bridge". about structural issues with the Victoria St Richmond bridge. Notes the bridge was 127 years old at the time. VicRoads placed a tram restriction of one tram on the bridge at any one time, pending repairs. Has a photo of C class tram 3028, crossing the bridge, with scaffolding on one side.
