Rose Series postcard No. P 10532 titled "Bourke Street Melbourne", looking west from near Swanston Street. Has two cable trams in the far distance. The new Myer Emporium building dominates the north side. Buckey and Nunn's along with the GPO are visible. A building construction hut is visible on the top of the Melba and Brittania Theatres veranda on the left. The conversion of this theater occurred in 1938.
