Built 1860 as Bank of New South Wales. Sold 1903 to Mr Lewers (son of Samuel Lewers, first manager of the bank in Linton). Operated as antique shop by Mrs Surman 1950s-1981. Jim and Cynthia Mason ran an antique and Devonshire tea restaurant 1981-84.
