Historical information
Sarah Ann Dawe migrated to Victoria with her husband William and children in 1857. The Dawe family lived at Geelong before settling in Linton, where William Dawe ran a greengrocery store in Sussex Street (on corner where Sussex Street becomes Skipton Road, on other side of road to the former Wishart forge.)
Printed from glass plate negative (c1900). Found after death of the donor's uncle. Believed to be from collection of Augustus Titter (husband or son of Rose Dawe).
