The report mainly describes the erection and launch of a new flagpole at Flagstaff Hill in 1916 and includes a list of names of O.L.A. committee members and people who attended the launch.
The report also contains a section headed "Linton in 1916" which provides facts and figures about Linton, for example, size of population, names of municipal officers, bank & bank manager, newspaper & proprietor, state school and names of teachers.
