Paddy Craine is believed to have worked a number of claims, this one is thought to have been along the Carngham Road.
Paddy was known as a Linton "character" and was something of a loner. He served in World War I and his name appears on the OLA Honour Roll.
Paddy Craine died in Melbourne in 1940.
