Photocopy of original account tendered for medical services provided to Mr. W. J. Sandow of Linton, by Dr Norman F. Freemantle, of Skipton. The account is for "Professional Attendance, Mrs. Sandow and self", it is dated 18-1-51 and the amount invoiced is seven pounds, seventeen shillings and sixpence. The account is marked "Received payment by cash, with thanks", and is signed N. Freemantle. A Victorian Stamp Duty stamp is attached, it has been initialed and date stamped.
