Mrs McCarthy, who was awarded the certificates, was formerly Kathleen O'Beirne. Three cards - two blue "First Prize" cards - awarded for 'Prettiest Jug' and 'Article not costing more than 2/6'; one white "Second Prize' card, awarded for 'Prettiest Cub and Saucer'.
