Historical information
The photograph shows PCC 1041 at front of Victorian Parliament House in revenue service displaying destination 'City - Spencer St." Route 90. The tram is now sporting its first modification of the trolley rope defector on the front right hand side of the cars apron but is not being used on this occasion. The car number has now moved the left hand side of the apron.
