Invitation addressed to Mr and Mrs B Horn to attend a civic dinner dance hosted by the City of St Kilda (Mayor Brian Slattery) at St Kilda Town Hall on 4 July 1985. The theme of the event was 'St Kilda's 150th Anniversary' and guests were encouraged to wear 19th century dress.
