Certificate of thanks from the City of St Kilda to those who attended the last meeting of the City Council on 14 June 1994. The names of the councillors and executive team are listed on the reverse side. The City of St Kilda, parts of South Melbourne, most of Port Melbourne, as well as a small portion of Windsor from the former City of Prahran, were amalgamated in 1994 to form the City of Port Phillip.
