St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne 1928. Laying of foundation stone, crowds, banners, stone on a stage, dignitaries.
His Eminence Cardinal Bonaventura Cerretti, Papal Legate to the Eucharistic Congress, blessed and laid this stone on October 6th, 1928.
