Invitation to the unveiling of the foundation stone by Sir Zelman Cowen to mark the rebuilding of the St Kilda Town Hall on 5 April 1992. The Town Hall was damaged by fire on 7 April 1991 and the restored areas reopened on 26 June 1994. The invitee, Don Taggart, was the President of the St Kilda Historical Society.
