Invitation from St Kilda Mayor John Spierings to a celebration on 28 February 1992, including entertainment, children's activities, displays, tours and food, to mark the signing of a contract for works on the St Kilda Town Hall and Public Library. The extension to the St Kilda Public Library was officially opened on 19 December 1993. The redevelopment of St Kilda Town Hall was officially opened on 26 June 1994.
