The Kew Library was run by the City of Kew until it was amalgamated into the Boroondara Library Service, when Kew became part of the City of Boroondara in 1994.
Black Kew Library woollen long sleeve jumper with the name of the library embroidered in acqua thread. This black jumper was part of a new colour scheme, superseding the previous royal blue uniforms.
