Brown leather bound journal, maroon trim on bottom of front and back cover. Written on spine in faded gold print: ' Share Register'. 'North Blue Consolidated No Liability' handwritten on face page. Written in pencil alongside name '28.1.22' Index of names of shareholders in front of journal, with page references in journal relating to share transactions. Inserted in back of journal, account from James Andrew & Co., Andrew's Auction Rooms, Bendigo for shares sold on November 20th., 1923.
