Brown leather bound journal. 'Share Register' printed on spine in gold leaf. Label underneath has 'Mount Douglas Syndicate' handwritten in pen. Purple stamps on front page of journal:' Southern Goldfields Mining Company' Index of shareholder names in front of journal. Two hundred and fifty-three pages of which one hundred and fifty-three are used to record share transactions. Dates range from 1905 to 1921.
