Photograph of Mr David Hugh Eakins, Chief Engineer of the MMTB 1952 to 1960. He joined the Board in 1922 (see item 3676) and was appointed to the Board as Deputy Chairman (following the death of Mr Wraith) on 22/3/1960 - see 1960 MMTB Annual Report.
