Light brown leather cover share register, burgundy border on bottom of cover, three hundred and fifty two pages. Written on spine in gold leaf: ' Share Register, Ulster G.M.C. No Liability.' Index is missing from front of register. Inserted between cover and front page, two pages of shareholder names, shares held and sold to. Entries from 1924, in alphabetical order in register. Affixed to page 352 is an account of sales by James Andrew & Co., Sworn Valuators, Auctioneers and General Salesmen, of forfeited shares sold on account of the 'Ulster Gold Mining Company No Liability on September 16th., 1924, for an amount of twenty two pounds, nineteen shilling and two pence.
