According to an article on page 11 of the Vol 9, July 1978 issue of News Review, the quarterly newsletter of the Rheumatism and Arthritis Association of Victoria (RAAV), the Lincoln Institute enlisted its own photographers, Peter Bruhn and Rob Murwood, from its Department of Educational Resources to take the photo/s as a favour to the RAAV for an upcoming press release. In 1987, the Lincoln Institute (then known as the Lincoln Institute of Health Sciences) was merged with La Trobe University. La Trobe University Archives has been unable to verify conclusively (from available records) that the creators attributed, Peter Bruhn and Rob Murwood, were the Lincoln Institute's official photographers at the time. However, given the provenance information contained in the RAAV newsletter article accompanying this photograph, La Trobe University Archives accepts copyright ownership for the photograph in good faith, unless any information to the contrary becomes available in the future.
