Handwritten lists of fruit trees in a Register. Numbered and with comments about them. Appears to be incomplete, there is no cover so may have been detached from a larger Register.

Inscriptions & markings

On the front: "Burnley Clarson writing about 1860," unknown author. Signed THK (T. H. Kneen) "(Probably much later) Clarson was Hort. Director from 1868-1872. Before then Mr Phillips was in charge of the gardens." "This is a list of proved varieties."
