It was collected and donated by National Serviceman R V Williams, who served in: 1 Australian Reinforcement Unit from 25 June 1969 until 15 July 1969; 9th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment from 16 July 1969 until 18 November 1969; and Headquarters, 1st Australian Logistic Support Group from 19 November 1969 until 18 June 1970.
