Multi folded summary report on the first year of the amalgamated City of Port Phillip Council. On the 16th March 1995 voters from St Kilda, Port & South Melbourne elected the City's first council members. The elected councillors were Patricia BROWN OAM, Freda ERLICH, Dick GROSS, Christine HAAG, Liz JOHNSTONE, Ludwig STAMER and Liana THOMPSON who became the City's first Mayor.
