Certificate presented to Marguerite Ousley following three years of nurse training at St Vincents Hospital Melbourne. Marguerite is duly registered as a general nurse and a member of the Royal Victorian Trained Nurses Association on October 10, 1912. The certificate is signed by the President, Member of Council and Honorary Secretary.

The certificate has an ornate blue border. Names are handwritten in black script writing. There is a red emblem stamp.
