Article about a playwright who has donated his Australia Remembers National Play Competition winnings to help fund a nurses memorial in Canberra. The title of the play was 'The Shoehorn Sonata' and it was about the experience of an army nurse in a Japanese POW camp during WWII and her relationship with a little girl in the camp.
