Historical information

Sets out the agreement for wages and conditions between The Australian Employees' Association and The North Melbourne Electric Tramways and Lighting Co. Ltd, dated 31/10/1919 - signed by T Jewell and John Abfalter for the Union and A D Murdoch for NMETL. Has appended a determination dated 18/5/1920 by Mr Justice Higgins revising wages.

Significance

Demonstrates an agreement between the tramway union and the NMETL.
