An admissions booklet would have been provided to each patient to be admitted to one of the wards at the Peter MacCallum Clinic on Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. The booklet included the ward number, medical officer, unit number as well as a map to the clinic and admissions information. The booklet acted similarly to a patient directory answering commonly asked questions and providing information about the inpatient experience at the Peter MacCallum Clinic
