This embroidered US military Air Crew Master wings patch was designed for wear on combat uniforms.
It was collected by WO2 Robert Palmer Matthew (34974) of the Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps.
Physical description
Rectangular khaki textile patch with USMC insignia. Black embroidery of a circle with wings each side, the letters A and C with an anchor between. The patch features an embroidered black wings insignia with an "AC" (Air Crew) in the center on an olive drab green fabric background.
